The company J.A.Veloso SA, started its activity on the 10th of October 1954. The company was created by Joaquim António Veloso, originally from Póvoa de Lanhoso, a parish in the Minho region. As a tribute to his home region, he immediately adopted the trade name "Armazéns do Minho" by which the company is known. The company is dedicated to the marketing of fabrics, household textiles and decoration: sheets, blankets, curtains, underwear, ready to wear, carpets, rugs and carpets.
