On September 23, at 6:30 pm, at the Dumplings Workshop, led by trainer Wei Ling, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make the traditional Chinese dish dumplings. During the workshop, participants will prepare the dumpling dough, the types of filling, the hot sauce and three ways to make the delicacy. In addition, the trainer will teach you how to cook some side dishes and extra sauces, such as kimchi and noodles.
