Opened in 2016, the Mill is a Portuguese-Australian cafe with breakfast and brunch service all day. The space offers a selection of toasts, yogurts, homemade granola, bagels and bowls, with some of the most popular dishes being blueberry pancakes, smoked salmon bagel and special banana bread, with mascarpone and berries. In addition to the most common brunch drinks, such as coffee, natural juices and smoothies, the space offers some classic Australian drinks, such as flat white and long black. In the café, designed ceramics and
produced by The Mill in Portugal, inspired by the Atlantic coast.
