This is done through a search for perfection in the small details of each creation and a meticulous selection of local ingredients, complying with seasonality rules.

The experience of eating an American-style ice cream at Scoop ’n Dough is unique precisely because we use ingredients mostly from Portugal. The consistency and texture make our ice cream delicious and incredibly creamy, all this manually and without using milk or eggs.
