Located in the historic Rua da Glória, between the quiet Praça da Alegria and the busy Elevador da Glória, Quermesse is a restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and affordable Portuguese food. The menu pays tribute to Mediterranean cuisine, a play between good Portuguese food and some of the best gastronomic traditions of Spain, France and Italy. Codfish Lasagne and Duck Risotto are two examples, served daily.

    Avenida da Liberdade was built following the style of the Champs Elysées between 1879 and 1882. It opened up a new era in the urbanisation and expansion of the city to the north and very quickly became the address of choice for high society. This aura of exclusivity accompanies it to the present day and its historic and imposing buildings (such as number 206 where Prada is) are home to five-star hotels, luxury shops and leading companies.
