We are an artisanal bakery dedicated to making bread in a slow and authentic artisanal manufacturing process. The result? An authentic bread with a golden, crispy crust and a moist and fluffy crumb.

A good artisan bread distinguishes itself largely in the quality of the selected flour. Not only the type of grain but the type of grinding are decisive characteristics in the taste, texture and nutritional value of our bread. For that reason we decided to work with local millers who favor best practices to extract excellent flours.
Our breads are designed for any type of occasion or food preference. From Portuguese bread with black pork chorizo, to chocolate with poppy seeds or even seaweed or kimchi.

For greater convenience we deliver natural fermentation bread to your door! Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the Lisbon area.
