Considered one of the most important Portuguese museums, the National Tile Museum, located in the former Madre de Deus Convent, presents a unique collection dedicated to the tile, an artistic expression and distinctive of Portuguese culture. Its extensive and rich collection includes a tile panel representing a panoramic view of Lisbon before the 1755 earthquake.
