It is at the Bordalo Pinheiro Museum that one can get to know the life and work of the multifaceted Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro. Drawer, watercolourist, illustrator, decorator, ceramist, caricaturist and author of the famous popular representation of Zé Povinho, in the 19th century, an emblematic symbol of the Portuguese people. In addition to the permanent exhibition, which exhibits various well-known works by the author, the Museum also has a library and a room for educational services.
