The Mercado da Figueira was born in 1755, in the Ruins of the Hospital de Todos os Santos, establishing itself as a central market for the sale of fruit and vegetables. In 2013, its activity was resumed, once again building the Mercado da Praça da Figueira, with the charm of the past, but with the best products of the present. We have a space with the most varied food and always with the best quality.
