Integrated in the Palacete de S. Bento, next to the Assembly of the Republic, is the Garden of São Bento. With a markedly French inspiration, especially in the flower beds and statues, it is a pleasant and friendly garden that includes a sculptural set entitled "A Família" ("The Family"), by the sculptor Leopoldo de Almeida, which represents the love that unites the family triangle composed of father, mother and son.
