Chef Vincent Farges is at home and this is where he serves dishes with which he identifies, created with the maturity acquired over a career spanning more than two decades.
At Epur, he makes dishes with greater freedom of expression, demanding and meticulous and combining several sources of inspiration: French, Portuguese and Asian, among others.
For the chef, cooking is a pleasure, a sharing experience. Cooking is about generosity; about people being happy around the table.
