This Convent was inaugurated in 1681 to serve Carmelite priests. Also known as Carmo Convent of Carnide, this building, together with the Church of Luz, stood out for its volumetry and imponence. It once housed 600 residents, including teachers and workers, and today it is the Adolfo Coelho Institute.
