Founded in 1919, the Clube Nacional de Natação, one of the oldest clubs in Lisbon, had as its main goal the teaching and practice of swimming. Later its activities extended to Water Polo and Basketball. In addition to the various swimming pools, the Clube Nacional de Natação also has a gym, studio for group and cycling classes, paddle tennis courts and a bar with a terrace.
