The Artur Prat House, built in 1913, was the first building with a facade overlooking the famous Parque Eduardo VII, the largest park in the centre of Lisbon. From the ornamented stonework of Pardal Monteiro's workshops to the silhouettes of Jacob Lopes da Silva and the facade finished off by the sculptural group of Artur Prat authorship, this building stands out for the beauty of its decorative elements, contrasting with the simplicity of the neighbouring buildings. It is currently the headquarters of the Engineers' Order.
