Inaugurated on the 28th of February 1942, the Arroios Market was, at the end of the 80's, classified as a building of cultural interest, being already part of the traditional imaginary of the city of Lisbon. Here you can find fresh and frozen fish, meat, sausages, charcuterie, barbecue, vegetables, fruit, bakery and catering, as well as flowers and gardening articles and also clothes, jewellery and knick-knacks and even insurance and hairdressing services.
