Tequila Day: Recipes to celebrate the best tequila cocktails
On July 24th, Mexico’s most emblematic drink day is celebrated, which has become a success all over the world. Find out how to prepare two tequila cocktails.
The history of tequila began with the arrival of the Spaniards in Mexico, around 1538, during the period of colonization. When they ran out stocks of cognac, the Spanish conquerors began to distill agave, which became the first distilled beverage in America. It was in the city of Tequila, in the state of Jalisco, that tequila was first produced in the 16th century.
Tequila Patrón
PATRÓN is a Premium Tequila made from the finest Agave, 100% Weber Blue, harvested, distilled and bottled in the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, since 1989.
PATRÓN’s excellence in terms of flavor and color is due to its artisanal production using only the highest quality raw ingredients, following a time-honored distillation process. The drink is made by hand, in small batches, which guarantees its extreme smoothness and makes it easy to mix for the elaboration of exceptional cocktails.
The success of Patrón tequila lies in the fact that no ingredients are added that alter the taste, smell or natural color.
Cocktail culture has proved to be a success for its unhurried tasting. Discover how to prepare the delicious margarita and paloma cocktails.
