Lisbon Shopping Recipe: Prego
Prego is an assiduous presence in Portuguese gastronomy restaurants, but it is also an easy and quick dish to prepare at home.

Traditional prego recipe:
Ingredients:
1 bread
1 beef
1 garlic clove
1 bay leaf
Olive oil
Mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
Proceeding
1) Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add the garlic clove (crushed to release more flavor), the bay leaf and when it is hot add the steak. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2) Fry both sides of the beef steak until golden brown.
3) Place the cooked steak inside the bread and beef until golden brown. Serve with mustard to taste and accompany with some fries to accompany.
