“Timor- Love. The Films” at Cinemateca Portuguesa and Museu do Oriente
“Timor-Love. The films” is a tribute to Ruy Cinatti, who lived and studied in Timor. Taking a trip to the 60s, the films recall the history of Timor during the Estado Novo, after the occupation by Indonesia and after its self-determination and independence. The sessions take place on the 6th, 11th, 21st, 25th and 31st of May at the Museu do Oriente (free admission by collecting a ticket on the same day), and on the 26th and 27th of May at the Cinemateca Portuguesa (admission paid).
